How long does the A&R Listening Committee take to review submissions?
Our committee meets weekly. You will receive an initial update on your Application ID within 5 to 10 business days. If shortlisted, our team will contact you directly to schedule an introductory video call.
Do I retain ownership of my master recordings and publishing?
Under our primary Master Licensing & Distribution agreement, you retain 100% of underlying publishing and master ownership. For in-house production and development agreements where CWAL funds full studio sessions and video productions, terms are tailored collaboratively.
What file formats should I upload to the AI Concierge?
We accept uncompressed 24-bit / 44.1kHz or 48kHz .WAV files, .FLAC, high-quality .MP3 rough mixes, .ZIP folders of stems, and 3000×3000px cover art or press photos. The AI Concierge supports uploads up to 1GB per file.
Can I apply if my song was already released on another distributor?
Yes! If you already released music independently and wish to migrate your catalog or sign future releases to CW Audio Labs, simply include your existing Spotify profile and ISRC codes in the notes so we can preserve your stream counts.
