The Artist Promise

You Own Your Music

When you write a song or record your voice, that music belongs to you. We help you put it on the internet, but we don’t take your ownership away. You are the boss of your art.

How Your Music Gets Online

To get on Spotify, Apple Music, or TikTok, you need a "Pipeline." CW Audio Labs is that pipeline. We take your songs and send them to over 480 places across the globe so people everywhere can hear you. That’s over 350 more than many competitors.

How You Get Paid

Every time someone presses "Play" on your song, a little bit of money is made.

  • We offer 3 high-tier royalty structures that adds certainty to our relationship to or artists, bands, and choirs. We offer an 80/20 partnership. You keep 80% of that money. We keep 20% to pay for the 480 stores. We offer a 60/40 royalty structure. We ensure you have a industry-standard sonic quality so that you can compete in a growing market. The 40% includes Mastering and Engineering costs at the studio. We offer annual subscription for artists, bands, and choirs who want to retain 100% of their royalties and still have access to our high-tier post production services power by Creative Works Studios.

  • See Your Own Stats: We don't hide the money. You get your own login to see exactly how many people listened and exactly how much you earned.

How We Work Together 
1. You Own Your Music
When you write a song or record your voice, that music belongs to you. We help you put it on the internet, but we don't take your ownership away. You are the boss of your art.
2. How Your Music Gets Online
You can't just upload a song to Spotify or Apple Music by yourself. You need a "Pipe" to get it there. CW Audio Labs is that pipe. We take your songs and send them to over 480 places around the whole world so people can hear you.
3. How You Get Paid (The Split)
When someone listens to your song, the computer counts it. Every time they press "Play," a little bit of money is made.
  • The 80/20 Rule: You keep 80% of that money. We keep 20% to pay for the "Pipes" and the work we do to keep the lights on in the studio.
  • Direct Pay: We don't hide the money. You will have your own login to see exactly how many people listened and how much you earned.

Special Rules for Choirs

  • One Leader: For choirs, we talk to one main leader. That person tells us how to split the money among the singers.

  • Recording Day: When the choir records at our studio, we make sure the sound is perfect before the world hears it.

  • Your Name in Lights: Every song will show the Choir’s name so everyone knows who is singing.

The "Passport" Code (ISRC)

Every song needs a special ID number so the computer knows who to pay. We give every song a code called an ISRC. This code stays with your song forever. If you ever leave us, that code goes with you so you never lose your play counts or your history.

You Can Leave Anytime

We want you to stay because you love it here, not because you’re stuck. If you ever want to take your music somewhere else, just tell us. We will help you move your codes so you don't lose your progress.

4. Keeping Things Clean (The ID Number)

  • The Leader Speaks: For choirs, we talk to one leader. That person tells us how to split the money among the singers.
  • Recording Day: When the choir records at Creative Works Studios, we make sure the sound is perfect before it goes to the world.
  • Group Credit: The song will show the Choir’s name so everyone knows who is singing.
